Lines Manager Redesign
Redesigning a complex internal sports betting application — from undocumented legacy system to a modern, well-structured Angular interface. Led documentation, IA restructure, wireframing, and UI implementation.

Context & Challenge
A Complex Legacy System with No Documentation
CRCOMM needed to redesign Lines Manager, one of their main internal applications for managing betting lines. The application was outdated in style, performance, and technology — and critically, there was no documentation of the complex functionality. The MVP targeted large desktop under strict supervision from company management to respect application guidelines.
The complex application had zero documentation — requiring extensive research just to understand existing functionality before design could begin.
No clear main menu or logical structure — users relied on institutional knowledge to navigate the system.
adjustMy Brief
Document the existing application, restructure the information architecture, create wireframes and UI prototypes, and build the frontend in Angular/Bootstrap — all under close management supervision to preserve domain accuracy.
